2.3 Account Transfer Prohibited
Your eg555 account is entirely personal. Transferring, selling, or renting it to any other person is strictly prohibited.
Age Verification & Eligibility
To use the eg555 platform, you must be at least 21 years of age. For those aged 21 and above only. Opening an account or using the platform by a minor is strictly prohibited.

eg555 offers various types of bonuses and promotions. This section describes the terms for claiming and using bonuses.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New players will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000.
- Deposit ৳12,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 — total balance ৳17,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
A 15x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount. The calculation is based on the bonus amount only — not the combined total of deposit and bonus. For example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳15,000 in bets before withdrawing.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus may be claimed only once. Attempting to claim a bonus through multiple accounts may result in account closure.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
- The contribution of a bonus may vary depending on the specific game or bet type.
- eg555 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion, but active bonuses already in progress will not be changed without prior notice.
5.4 VIP Program
eg555's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback; Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback; Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback. You can advance to higher tiers through regular play.
Gameplay Rules
Each game on eg555 is governed by its own rules. The following points apply as general gaming policies across all games.
- If an internet connection is lost during a game or a technical issue occurs, the result recorded on the eg555 server shall be considered final.
- If an error is found in a game result, eg555 may void that round and refund the bet amount.
- To ensure fair play, eg555 uses a verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG), which is regularly audited by an independent third party.
- If a player exploits a game vulnerability or bug to gain an unfair advantage, that win will be voided and the account may be subject to investigation.
- In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final unless a clear discrepancy is proven in the server logs.
6.1 Betting Limits
Each game or market has set minimum and maximum bet limits. These limits are clearly stated next to each game in the game lobby.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the eg555 platform and may result in account closure:
- Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.

10.2 Closure by User

10.3 Forfeiture
In cases of clear fraud or prohibited activity, eg555 reserves the right to forfeit the funds in an account. A proper investigation will be conducted before this decision is made.
Limitation of Liability
eg555 strives to keep its platform running accurately and without interruption at all times, however our liability is limited in the following matters:
- Losses caused by internet disconnection, server downtime, or technical failures.
- Issues arising from errors by third-party game providers.
- Issues related to the user's own device or software.
- External causes such as cyberattacks or unforeseen events.
If you have a complaint regarding a game result or transaction, you must notify our support team within 7 days of the incident. Complaints submitted after the specified period may not be considered.
Changes to Terms

Continued use of the platform after the updated terms and conditions have been published will be considered as your acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with the new terms, you may request to close your account.
